TARANGIRE N.P

After breakfast, leave the hotel for tarangire national park. Your driver guide will brief you about the park in general before you start your safari.

Tarangire National Park, located in northern Tanzania, is famous for its large elephant herds and diverse wildlife. The park, covering 2,850 square kilometers, features swamps, savannas, and the Tarangire River. It’s home to lions, leopards, zebras, and numerous bird species. Tarangire is particularly notable for its scenic baobab trees, making it a unique safari destination.

SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Ealy morning departure for serengeti from tarangire national park.

You have optional activities at Serengeti, like visit the masai village and learn about archaeology at olduvai gorge.

Arrive and before getting to the lodge, enjoy the game drive.

Serengeti National Park, is one of Africa's most iconic wildlife reserves. Spanning over 14,750 square kilometers, it is renowned for its vast savannahs, diverse ecosystems, and rich biodiversity. The park is famous for the annual Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles migrate across its plains in search of fresh grazing grounds. It is also home Big Five (lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos) and offers exceptional opportunities for safaris, birdwatching, and experiencing Africa's natural beauty. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

NGORONGORO C.A

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in northern Tanzania, is a unique blend of stunning landscapes, cultural heritage, and wildlife. It is home to the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest inactive volcanic caldera, teeming with wildlife, including the "Big Five." The conservation area is also home to the indigenous Maasai people, who coexist with wildlife. Beyond the crater, the area features diverse ecosystems, including grasslands, forests, and wetlands. This rich biodiversity, combined with archaeological sites like Olduvai Gorge, makes Ngorongoro one of Africa’s most exceptional and important natural and cultural destinations

From the bush to the beach for some relaxation. Leave Ngorongoro for arusha. Take a local flight to Zanzibar beach. On arrival our team will transfer you to your hotel. Arrive and enjoy the next few days at the beach. Additional activities are on request.

On this last day, sadly we have to see you go, and hoping you have had a wonderful time.

Our team will pick you up from your hotel, drive you to the FERRY terminus. This will take you to dar es salaam.

Trip Highlights: Volunteer with Youth Athletes: Join local communities to support youth sports programs in urban and rural areas, from football to athletics, basketball to netball. Donate Sports Equipment: Bring much-needed sports equipment like jerseys, shoes, balls, and training gear to underserved communities. Coaching & Mentorship: Help provide coaching, skills development, and mentorship to young athletes, fostering their growth both on and off the field. Itinerary Overview: Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and meet the RoundTripSafaris team. Welcome dinner and briefing about the trip, including an introduction to the communities and sports programs we will be supporting. Overview of local sports initiatives and an introduction to the youth athletes we’ll be working with.

Day 2: Visit to Nairobi Sports Initiatives Morning: Tour local sports facilities and schools in Nairobi, meeting with coaches, local leaders, and athletes. Afternoon: Participate in a sports clinic, providing hands-on coaching and training in football, athletics, or other local sports. Evening: Group dinner and a cultural exchange with local athletes to learn about the impact of sports in their lives.

Day 3: Volunteering at Youth Sports Centers Morning: Travel to youth sports centers and schools in Nairobi or surrounding areas. Engage in volunteer activities like coaching, organizing tournaments, and providing one-on-one mentorship to the athletes. Afternoon: Continue with skill-building workshops and sports drills for local youth. Help distribute sports equipment such as shoes, balls, and jerseys. Evening: Relax and reflect on the day’s activities with fellow travelers and the RoundTripSafaris team.

Day 4: Rural Village Visit & Sports Programs Morning: Travel to a rural village or community to visit local sports initiatives. Many rural areas have limited access to sports resources, so this is an opportunity to provide direct support. Afternoon: Engage with local youth, helping them improve their skills in sports while learning about their challenges. Assist in organizing friendly competitions or sports events. Evening: Experience the culture of the village with a community gathering and dinner.

Day 5: Supporting Sports Education and Development Morning: Visit educational institutions where sports programs are a central focus. Provide lectures on leadership, teamwork, and the importance of sportsmanship. Afternoon: Help build partnerships between local schools and sports organizations to ensure the sustainability of programs beyond the trip. Evening: Group reflection session, discussing the impact of the day’s work and the importance of long-term commitment to youth development.

Day 6: Safari Adventure & Local Community Engagement Morning: Enjoy a day of rest and adventure with a safari experience in one of Kenya’s most renowned national parks or reserves, like Amboseli National Park, known for its wildlife and panoramic views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Afternoon: Continue the safari or visit a local community where sports activities are part of the village’s cultural practices. Learn how sports are intertwined with local traditions. Evening: Group dinner in a scenic location, reflecting on the week’s impact and connecting with the local community.

Day 7: Farewell & Departure Morning: Spend your last morning in Nairobi enjoying some free time, shopping for souvenirs, or visiting local markets. Afternoon: After packing up, transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight, taking with you the memories of an unforgettable experience. What You’ll Be Supporting: Sports Clinics & Coaching: Volunteer your time to coach and mentor youth athletes, helping them develop key sports skills and personal growth. Donation of Sports Equipment: Bring new or gently used sports equipment that will provide lasting resources for youth athletes in underserved areas.
