Nature of Activities

 Round Trip Safaris is central in providing tour guides and safaris in various terrains that are ideal for the existence of wildlife. The carefully planned routes allow you comfortable travel and, at the same time, do not interfere with the life of species of wild animals. Please be aware that participating in safari activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Health and Fitness

• We recommend that you be healthy and physically fit because our safaris entail certain strenuous activities. Regarding the clients’ physical fitness, it is their duty to see that they are fit and healthy to undertake activities included in the packages as described in the safari itinerary.
• Kindly let us know of any sicknesses, diseases, or disabilities that you may have or any restrictions that would mean that you cannot comfortably carry out some of the fun activities during the Safari.
• Round Trip Safaris reserves the right to determine whether you should participate. It may suggest that you choose a different activity within the trip or alter the program to suit your condition and needs.

Travel Documents

 In Round Trip Safaris, everybody is supposed to have the correct travel documents, such as passports, visas, and other medical certificates, per the country’s regulations. These documents include but are not limited to passports, visas, and other relevant travel documents with entry permits to all the countries you are to visit during the Safari. Therefore, you should always double-check your travel documents before the date you are planning to travel. Round Trip Safaris does not take responsibility for any immaterialities resulting from lack of proper documentation, failure to produce legal requirements, or delay in receiving the travel legalizations.

Travel Insurance

To emphasize, medical travel insurance, trip cancellations, interruptions, and loss of personal belongings Insurance should be taken before traveling. Booking Conditions

 Every transaction on the current booking with Round Trip Safaris is based on the general terms and conditions of business that detail the legal contract between you (the participant) and RoundTrip Safaris. These terms and conditions include:

• Concerning the particular kinds of payments required for the preferred safari route, how much is required to deposit, and what are the restrictions on canceling the itinerary?

• Information concerning things that the travelers shall include and exclude during the tour and other activities to be offered on the Safari.

• Touring schedules are altered, postponed, or canceled under conditions we cannot control, such as but not limited to events of nature, political actions, or other forms of emergencies.
• Our participants are urged to be safe, to adhere to measures put down by our guides, and to inform the staff of any worrying develops or panics.

Changes and Amendments

 Although Round Trip Safaris tries as much as possible to stick to the published tour itinerary, the tour arrangements sometimes have to be changed or altered. These circumstances include but are not limited to
